Can we bring the whole family?
Yes. Our family sample trips make room for children, grandparents, and people who do not play. Share the number of adults and children, children’s ages, room preferences, and who wants court time. We’ll discuss a suitable pace and activities before confirming the plan.
Do children have to play? Is childcare included?
Playing is optional. Sideout School will confirm suitable ages and a coaching format before any children’s session is booked. Childcare and unsupervised children’s activities are not included; a parent or guardian remains responsible for the children.
Who provides coaching and travel arrangements?
Endchange’s pickleball trips are offered in cooperation with Sideout School for coaching. We’re planning a travel collaboration with Yamayama Travel. Your quote will confirm who provides each arrangement and the applicable booking terms.
Can I fit Saigon into a longer holiday?
Yes. Tell us your departure city, the dates you expect to be in Saigon, and any onward plans. We can discuss extra nights and a quieter arrival day before coaching. Package durations describe your stay in Saigon; allow separately for travel days.
Can I travel solo or bring a non-playing partner?
Yes. Start with the trip that suits your time away. Tell us who is travelling and who wants to play, and we’ll shape the coaching, rooms, and days out around your group.
What playing level do I need?
Beginners through experienced players can inquire. Tell us your level and goals so Sideout School can propose suitable coaching. Local socials depend on a suitable session being available during your stay.
Are these fixed departures?
These are sample packages for trips arranged around your dates. No departure, hotel, coach, or social is reserved until availability and the final plan have been confirmed.
How much does a package cost?
Request a quote with your dates, number of travellers, and preferred hotel style. The final price depends on the rooms, coaching, transport, and experiences you choose. We agree the price and inclusions before booking.
What about flights, meals, and insurance?
Flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal spending are outside these sample plans. Meals and optional activities are only included when specified in your written quote.
How do booking, deposits, and cancellations work?
Send an inquiry first. Before you commit, we’ll confirm availability, the complete price, payment schedule, and the cancellation terms for your arrangements. An inquiry is not a booking and requires no payment.
